Subject: A Word of Thanks
I'd like to say a few words of thanks to Sheila for her assistance yesterday. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and patient beyond all comprehension. Her assistance in determining the cause of one of our merchant's processing issues was of great help. She was very thorough in her work and determination to make sure that the issue was be properly resolved. All technical support groups could benefit from having someone as talented and polite as her. Thank you very much for all you've done!

What a weekend it was here at TCA. In the club's 84 years we have never had a weekend like this one past. Record breaking attendance and sales on Saturday. It could not have been possible without all of you. The credit cards worked like a dream even in our busiest of times. Thank you for working so hard to make sure that this issue was resolved.
I am reassured that I 've made the right decision using Jonas and Creditline for our Club.
